A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However if the buyer pays by check, money order, or eCheck, it may take several days.

Shipment method is as you select at check out or US Priority Mail and delivery time is within 1-5 days. 

Items will ship in an large envelop or box whichever is appropriate for the order quantity. Multiple items shipping to the same address will be combined into one package to save on shipping costs.

Wine Valets are hand crafted items therefore some variation is possible.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Wine Valet, you may return within 15 days from shipment date for a refund or exchange whichever you choose. Contact us at: winevalet@live.com so we can make arrangements to address your needs.  You must pay the return shipping fees. Once the returned item is received, an exchange will be shipped (we will pay reshipment fees) or if you choose refund, your money will be credited in full minus the original shipment fee.
